Prof. Augustus Nuwagaba, is a Graduate of London School of Economics (MSc), MBA and PhD, Makerere University. An International Consultant on Economic Transformation in the African Region.  Member, African Regional Panel of Experts on Development (Geneva, Switzerland) and Consultant for design of NDP-Uganda. Also, a Consultant for Developing of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for Uganda Country Programme 2020/21-2024/25 and developing Uganda’s National Research Agenda, 2021.

His currently the Managing Consultant, REEV Consult International, a consultancy firm focused on harnessing competitiveness of African economies and has been a Professor for 26 years at Makerere University, Uganda.

Is a Rotarian, Major Donor and Change Maker President – RC Muyenga.

Is an international consultant on Economic Transformation in the African Region with a MSc.
